To all Club Members,

We would like to inform a new operating hours for Admin office, starting 11th Oct 2021.
Please refer to our website for the latest updated information.

  1. Admin Office Opens Daily (except for Sundays and Public Holidays)
    Mon - Fri : from 9:00 to 15:00hrs, Sat : from 9:00 to 13:00hrs.
    For any inquiries, e-mail us(office@jckl.org.my) or please refer to our website’s “Contact US form”.
     
  2. Library (Only club members who has completed 2 doses vaccination shall be allowed to enter)
    Shall be opened from 10:00 to 17:00hrs. Borrowing and Returning books only. Reading in library is NOT permitted. Compulsory to wear mask inside library. Entry is limited to maximum 15persons. Kindly wait outside if the number of people exceed the maximum entry. For books borrowed before lockdown, kindly inform our library staffs upon returning.
     
  3. Clubhouse room bookings and members activities.
    (only for Fully vaccinated(*)members, from September 20th)
    The leaders and deputy leaders of each activity are requested that all the activity participants be fully vaccinated (*) and that the following are thoroughly implemented. The club shall require submissions of each activity SOP’s from time to time to ensure it is in line with government regulations.

    The activity participants must be Fully vaccinated (*).
    ② Each member must keep Social Distance 1.0 to 1.5 meters apart from each other.
    ③ Wear mask or face shields.
    ④ Open door or window once every 30mins. Ventilation fan must be ON the whole time.
    ⑤ Clean hands/fingers after use common equipment. Please use hand sanitizers.
    ⑥ Submit Attendees name list after activity (Download from HP or get it at JCKL counter)
    ⑦ Ensure to abide maximum room usage.
    ⑧ Non-members shall not be allowed to join activities.

    * Fully vaccinated
    ・For vaccines that require two doses (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac, Moderna, Sinopharm, etc.): Those who have passed 14 days or more after the two doses
    ・ Vaccines that require only one dose (Johnson & Johnson, CanSino, etc.): Those who have passed 28 days or more after one dose.

    Please bring your club membership card. Please wear your mask and scan MySejahtera QR Code at entrance. Please show your status and check your temperature.
